Senior Technical Writer

I was the principal cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management writer for nine different security & IAM product lines. I was a contributing member to the team that secured every database at the company on the IAM database platform. I also managed knowledge base procedures and AI-based bots in Slack. Docs were created with: Github, Markdown, SnagIt, AWS, ServiceNow, VS Code, Git, and other tools.

I worked on data center API documentation for several products and was the principal writer for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform, which was integrated with the company's suite of data center and networking products. I wrote docs and websites using: MadCap Flare Enterprise, in-house CCMS, SwaggerHub, Moodle, Google Data Studio, Drupal, and others.

I documented cybersecurity content for customer-facing products (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay). Cybersecurity API docs and Data dictionaries for Visa's major client, BofA. I wrote Docs using: FrameMaker Enterprise, Adobe AEM, Oxygen XML/DITA and others.

I worked on Salesforce application documentation, including Lightning Experience Objects. I wrote docs using: MadCap Flare Enterprise, Perforce /Git CCMS, Paligo, and others.

I created API, Mobile App (iOS and Android), IoT sensor, and Networking documentation for Fortune 100 customers and City governments. JPMC and the City of San Diego are primary customers using these solutions to this day.
I wrote docs using: Astoria/Acrolinx, Postman, XML, DITA, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, SnagIt, and other tools.

I wrote documentation for Cloud platforms, Server technologies, automation appliances, and virtual machines for HP’s global developer audience. I created docs with: MadCap Flare Enterprise, in-house CCMS, XML/DITA, SnagIt, InkScape, Adobe, and other tools.
