Experience
Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients. Liaises between customers and manufacturing, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Develops and manages return materials authorization processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service and repairs are done with speed and accuracy and all client/customer service delivery issues are resolved. Develops customer service department procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manages special projects and other duties as assigned.
Carry out on-site inspections as requested by the responsible officer or the Management of the Professional Department. Prepare progress reports and inspection reports using the designated templates after completing the site assessment. Verify, collect, and guide relevant parties in gathering required documents and records as per regulations. Review documentation, complete inspection reports, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalize the reports. Perform checking, data compiling, monitoring, and other tasks as assigned by the responsible officer or department leadership.
Develops, implements, and enforces safety policies, procedures, and practices both onboard and at the office. Identifies, assesses, and manages risks that could affect safety, environmental protection, and compliance with regulations. Ensures compliance with international and national regulations, including SOLAS, ISM Code, and ISPS Code. Conducts internal and external audits to assess compliance with safety and environmental standards. Develops and coordinates emergency response procedures and drills for various scenarios. Facilitates communication between shore-based personnel and onboard crews.

I have studied and trained the knowledge of Criminal law, Civil law and Procedural law. In addition, I have studied in law with foreign elements such as Justice, International Conventions, Law of The sea and Maritime insurance.
