Co-founded Synerlux with business partner Traian Gheorghiu (Real Estate Consultant), a boutique consultancy specializing in management support services and operational coordination, with a focus on supporting real estate transactions. Traian led client relationships and deal negotiations while I handled operational coordination and process management.

• Supported the operational setup of Synerlux and assisted in securing the first major client, coordinating business and personal operations support for a high-net-worth French investor.
• Managed administrative, financial, and coordination systems including invoice processing, payment tracking, and legal process coordination across personal and business matters.
• Provided operational support during a complex legal case, coordinating with legal teams through multiple meetings and organizing documentation under tight deadlines.
• Successfully coordinated the sale of a €220K apartment alongside Traian Gheorghiu, who led negotiations and client engagement while I managed documentation and process coordination.
• Conducted fiscal research to support the legal structuring of real estate transactions, working with specialists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinated with ANEVAR evaluators, notaries, accountants, and fiscal lawyers to manage documentation, transfers, and incorporation processes.
• Delivered complete documentation packages within one week despite complex requirements, ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Drove business growth and operational efficiency by monitoring expenses and supporting the CEO with strategic improvements, including exploring AI-driven initiatives. Built an accessible and centralised platform for elder voters by designing and developing a user-friendly website in liaison with overseas contractor; successfully onboarded 30 political candidates from Hawaii in initial phase and validated platform's concept. Provided technical guidance and implemented solutions to address challenges encountered during start-up’s growth.
