I manage the company’s idea management platform, running campaigns to increase employee engagement and defining use cases that meet business needs.
Previously, I worked as an Innovation Project Coordinator at Digital Catapult, where I facilitated end-to-end delivery of innovation programs, including speaker sourcing, event planning, and post-event reporting. I coordinated with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline project delivery processes and provided customer support for startups.
