About Me

I am an experienced professional specializing in project and program management, diplomacy, political analysis and reporting, public policy, and government affairs. Over the years, I have managed high-priority projects related to disinformation and artificial intelligence training, conducted in-depth research and analysis on global political events and emerging trends, and synthesized complex information for diverse audiences. I translate global developments into actionable insights and analyze their potential impacts to support strategic decision-making.

Currently, I serve as an Intelligence Analyst at Highspring at Google, where I continue to apply my analytical skills to support various initiatives. Previously, I was a Program Coordinator at the University of Texas, managing international custom programs and federal grants for the U.S. Department of State. I have also worked as a Project Analyst at República.org Institute, managing a $5 million portfolio focused on improving public management and engaging with government and civil society stakeholders.

My background includes a Political Internship with the U.K. Government / FCDO, where I conducted political analysis, stakeholder management, government relations, advocacy, and diplomatic engagement with Brazilian authorities and other diplomatic missions. I produced policy briefings, memorandums, and reports on Brazil-UK relations and domestic political, economic, security, and environmental issues.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Policy Studies at the LBJ School of Public Policy, University of Texas. My academic focus includes international development, diplomacy, climate change, data science, international relations theory, human rights, international political economy, and global south-south relations.

I am proficient in multiple languages including Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and German, and am eligible to work without restrictions in Brazil, the United States, the European Union, and Mercosur. My technical skills include political analysis, project management, data analytics, policy analysis, communication, and programming languages such as Python and R, along with tools like Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress CMS.

I am passionate about public administration, international development, policy and data analysis, as well as environmental, energy, and urban mobility/public transit policy. I continuously seek opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and expand my expertise in global policy and governance.
