I am a results-driven professional with a diverse background spanning education, operations, and international administration. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Library and Information Studies and a Level 3 TEFL Certificate, which have equipped me with strong pedagogical and instructional skills. My experience includes records management, client-focused service delivery, and engagement lifecycle coordination, allowing me to effectively manage both administrative and educational responsibilities.
I have worked as a Teacher of English Language & Literature, where I designed and delivered curriculum-aligned lessons, assessed student performance, and provided individualized academic support. I also served as an Assistant Form Teacher, overseeing student welfare and administrative records, applying differentiated instruction strategies to maximize engagement.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have held roles in customer service and operations, including positions as a Roadside Assistance Agent, Collections Agent, Customer Service Representative, and Store Manager. These roles have strengthened my skills in emergency coordination, payment portfolio management, customer relationship management, and staff coordination.
I am committed to upholding UN values and safeguarding, demonstrated by my UN-mandated certifications in BSafe and PSEA. I am also actively involved in volunteerism, contributing as a judge, teacher, and librarian in various educational and community settings.
Currently based in Bonn, Germany, I am available immediately and eager to leverage my skills in operations and education to contribute effectively to a dynamic organization. I am continuously developing my language skills, currently studying German at an A1 level, alongside my native proficiency in English.
