My expertise lies in infusing exclusivity, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the palate into every project, ensuring brand penetration and retention in premium markets.

I offer premium strategic consulting for hospitality and luxury distilled spirits establishments and brands seeking excellence. My experience includes developing beverage programs and experiences for exclusive destinations such as Belmond Cap Juluca in the Caribbean and renowned boutique hotels like Marré Hotel in Milagres, AL, as well as collaborations with high gastronomy groups such as Grupo Origem in Salvador. As an international curator and judge, I bring a refined eye for global excellence, having served as a juror in prestigious distilled spirits competitions in Italy, China, and the Caribbean, and as the first Brazilian juror at the Spirits Selection Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. My selection as the only Brazilian among five worldwide for the Camus Cognac specialization internship in 2024 highlights this international recognition.

I lead initiatives to enhance and promote high-value Brazilian beverages in key European markets, with notable actions in France and Portugal, solidifying their presence and perception of international quality.
