Designed a 13-board Monday.com EAP case-management workflow spanning 379 client boards and approximately 70,000 covered employees, including GraphQL-based employee verification and scheduled ageing checks.

Owned and reconciled IT spend, conducted infrastructure and hardware audits, maintained asset and warranty registers, and reviewed third-party contracts for telecommunications, printing, cloud, firewall, licensing, endpoint security, and equipment. Reported findings and recommendations to Exco.

Managed information-governance activities including privacy documentation, consent processes, website notices, Information Regulator registration, POPIA and PAIA responsibilities, data-access controls, and related agreements.

Worked remotely as a Data Analyst supporting data analysis, reporting, and operational data initiatives.

Contributed analytical expertise to health-related data work, using data management and reporting practices to support business insight and decision-making.

Managed practical farming operations, including operating tractors and machinery, marketing farm produce, and monitoring operational performance.
