I am a native Arabic speaker with strong command of both Modern Standard Arabic and dialectal Arabic, and I also have C1 Advanced English proficiency. My background combines transcription-adjacent work, AI data annotation, and content quality evaluation, which has strengthened my attention to detail and my ability to follow strict guidelines.

I am currently contributing to Outlier AI’s model evaluation projects, where I perform structured annotation, categorization, and linguistic evaluation of Arabic and English outputs. This work has given me hands-on experience with quality benchmarking, audio-text alignment discipline, and performance tracking in structured digital environments.

I bring a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and process improvement. In previous roles, I handled high volumes of written and verbal communication in Arabic and English, maintained accurate documentation, and worked in environments that required consistency, compliance, and precision.

I hold an MSc in International Management with a focus on Business Analytics & Digital Transformation, as well as a BSc in Plastic & Polymer Engineering. My education, combined with certifications in English, Agile project management, and Six Sigma, supports my analytical and process-oriented approach.

I am fully equipped with a professional home setup, including stable broadband, a microphone, headphones, and a webcam, and I am available for scheduled transcription shifts.
