I have worked on Shopify store administration, product management, catalog organization, and discount and promotion configuration, with a strong focus on operational accuracy and customer experience.

I also have experience with Linux system administration, Python scripting, automation projects, and Git/GitHub version control, and I enjoy building practical solutions that improve workflows.

My background includes Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, which I use for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills through technical training and 11 years of volunteer firefighter service, including emergency response, first aid, rescue operations, and working under pressure.

I am currently expanding my knowledge in IT infrastructure, ecommerce platforms, cybersecurity, and business technology, and I am interested in roles where I can combine technical support, automation, and ecommerce operations.
