IT Project Manager

I am an IT Project Manager with a strong focus on Agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. I have experience leading complex software projects from initiation to delivery while keeping scope, timelines, and quality under control.

I work comfortably across product, engineering, and business teams, and I enjoy creating clear communication channels that help teams move faster and make better decisions. My background includes Scrum facilitation, performance tracking, and maintaining transparent reporting for both clients and internal leadership.

I have also been responsible for budget optimization, account growth, and operational improvements. In my recent roles, I contributed to PMO development, standardized documentation, and process refinement to improve predictability and consistency across delivery.

A key part of my approach is people development. I regularly support team members through 1-on-1s, mentorship, and development planning, with an emphasis on building healthy, high-performing teams.
