I am a Software Asset Management and IT program management leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting mission-critical environments across the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and Fortune 500 technology organizations.

I specialize in software procurement, license optimization, asset governance, and compliance with federal IT mandates such as MEGABYTE Act and FITARA. My work has focused on transforming manual, fragmented inventory processes into automated SAM platforms that improve visibility, reduce risk, and create measurable cost avoidance.

I have led large-scale programs involving SaaS, DevSecOps toolchains, and multi-cloud ecosystems, including Air Force Cloud One and Platform One. I am comfortable working across engineering, procurement, security, and leadership stakeholders to align software strategy with operational needs.
