I am an Agile Coach and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience supporting organizations through change, agile adoption, and cultural evolution.
I work at the intersection of organizational agility, team facilitation, adaptive leadership, and human development, helping people and teams build more collaborative, conscious, and effective ways of working.
My background in Computer Science and my later specialization as an Agile Coach allow me to combine technical understanding with a strong focus on people, communication, and organizational dynamics.
I have led and supported transformation processes in public and private organizations across Latin America, designing workshops, coaching teams, and implementing practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
I am also deeply committed to teaching and knowledge sharing. I serve as director and professor in a postgraduate program on Agility and Organizational Transformation at Universidad del CEMA.
Beyond agility, I integrate mindfulness, personal development, and holistic practices into my work when appropriate, always aiming to create spaces that foster growth, well-being, and meaningful change.
