IT Manager

I am an IT Manager with 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics technology, currently leading a 14-person team across the U.S. and India. My background spans EDI, WMS, Linux systems, IBM MQ, and large-scale integration support in production environments.

I focus on building practical automation that removes repetitive manual work and improves operational reliability. In my current role, I lead root-cause investigations, improve system visibility with dashboards, and implement AI-assisted workflows that help teams spend more time on real troubleshooting.

I have hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and protocols, including IBM B2B Integrator, AS2, SFTP, FTP, and a wide range of EDI transaction sets. I also work closely with infrastructure and support teams to keep systems patched, stable, and secure.

Beyond day-to-day operations, I build full automation solutions end to end. One of my key projects is AuthPortal, an internal platform built with ASP.NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, and EF Core to automate scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and vendor management tasks.

I also run a multi-channel YouTube automation pipeline using Python, FastAPI, and generative AI tooling. That work reflects my interest in combining software engineering, automation, and AI to create scalable systems that reduce manual effort.
