Translator / Localization Specialist

I have been working in translation for more than 15 years, mainly in freelance and remote formats. My background is centered on written translation, localization, proofreading, and managing translation workflows across different content types and industries.

I have experience translating and localizing websites, applications, online games, articles, blog posts, and books. My work has included projects in forex, gambling, tourism, visas, cryptocurrencies, and real estate, which has helped me build strong domain adaptability.

I am comfortable coordinating translation processes, delegating tasks, and maintaining quality through proofreading and glossary/style guide development. I also have experience supporting large-scale content production and working with analytical and editorial materials.

I have used SmartCAT since 2018 and also have cooperation experience with Crowdin and Smartling. In addition, I am a highly experienced WordPress user and can work with different CMS platforms and text editors when needed.

I value flexible work and can perform effectively in any environment as long as internet access is available. Although I have not worked in a traditional office setting, I do not exclude that possibility.

My strongest languages are Russian and English, and I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to translation and localization work. I am especially confident in projects that require accuracy, consistency, and careful handling of terminology.
