I am a results-focused Monitoring and Evaluation professional with more than seven years of experience supporting USAID and NGO programmes. My background includes MEL systems design, baseline and endline assessments, digital data collection, indicator tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
I have worked extensively on field operations, supervising enumerators, training teams, and ensuring strong data quality standards across multiple counties and programme settings. I am comfortable managing logistics, coordinating assessments, and maintaining reliable monitoring processes.
My experience also includes building and maintaining databases, dashboards, and academic or programme tracking systems that improve access to accurate information for decision-making. I pay close attention to detail and value clean, timely, and secure data management.
I have supported both humanitarian and education-focused initiatives, including Ebola response work and youth and education projects. In these roles, I prepared MEL reports, tracked indicators, and contributed to adaptive management through evidence-based analysis.
I also bring technical support experience with digital learning platforms, tablets, and survey tools such as ODK, KoboCollect, SurveyCTO, and SurveyToGo. I am comfortable working with Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive to organize and analyze information.
I am currently serving in an academic support role while continuing to build on my expertise in monitoring, evaluation, data systems, and programme coordination. I am open to opportunities where I can contribute to strong implementation, learning, and accountability.
