Implementation & Delivery Lead

I am an implementation and delivery professional with experience leading complex enterprise retail and supply chain transformations. My current focus is on SAP S/4HANA migration governance, where I coordinate business, SAP, and integration stakeholders to keep live operations stable during high-risk delivery phases.

I have worked across retail ERP, POS, and enterprise integration programs, helping teams manage SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and release readiness. I am comfortable operating in environments where business continuity, operational risk, and stakeholder alignment are critical.

My background also includes hands-on software engineering experience in .NET Core and enterprise integration, which helps me bridge technical and business conversations effectively. I use that foundation to improve delivery decisions, resolve dependencies faster, and support scalable execution.

Over the years, I have contributed to large-scale migrations, including multi-site retail cutovers and cloud-native POS transformations. I have also built automation utilities and improved monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation workflows to reduce issues and improve MTTR.

I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, especially when the work involves process improvement, change management, and delivery governance. I am motivated by roles where I can combine structure, communication, and technical understanding to deliver measurable outcomes.
