Coordinate tasks within the IT Architecture team, shifting the work culture from reactive demand-based work to a planned team-based approach. Implement daily meetings, demand management, data controls, and leadership coordination across teams.

Coordinate development, documentation, and user contact for system development and maintenance requirements. Manage analysis and development teams, plan and track tasks, handle simultaneous team management, and coordinate meetings with different areas.

Lead a group of Functional Analysts, define priorities, and deliver monthly and ad hoc reports. Perform requirements gathering, analysis, definition, and documentation of new systems, and follow up on SAP consultants' tasks.

Analyze integrations between government systems for centralized web service consumption, document scope, meet with users and vendors, plan tasks, track implementations, and support post-implementation testing.
