Solutions Implementation Manager

I am the sole operational owner of the UK telematics implementation function, responsible for the complete solution lifecycle from pre-sales and requirements through to go-live, ongoing contract management, and end-of-life decommissioning.

I personally owned end-to-end solution delivery for customer implementations, including technical configuration, portal build, user acceptance, and activation. I also worked directly with engineers to validate technical parameters and ensure compliance before system activation.

In addition, I authored and maintained operational SOPs, developed KPI and traceability tools, supported continuous improvement, and provided first-line technical support for commissioning and fault resolution. I coordinated closely with sales, accounts, installers, and the German telematics team to ensure smooth delivery and accurate billing.

I supervised a team of 10 warehouse operatives and managed daily operations, workflow prioritisation, and stock accuracy for specialist commercial vehicle parts.

I ensured warranty-returned axles were thoroughly inspected and verified before processing, working with technical teams to identify faults and maintain quality standards.

This role demonstrated my leadership capability and operational discipline, which led to my progression into the telematics implementation function.

I operated and maintained extrusion machinery to support production quality and output targets.

I delivered first-class customer service, achieved strong sales performance, managed stock, and served as an elected Partner Voice Representative.

I managed and supervised a 70-person night operations team and progressed rapidly from delivery driver to supervisory responsibility.

I sourced SAP and bespoke database candidates globally and managed client and candidate relationships.

I managed store operations, patient care, and technical dispensing, progressing into a management role.
