I lead fractional programme and transformation delivery across technology-enabled change, delivery governance, business systems, vendor management and operational transition.

I have supported multi-country portfolios, introduced stronger governance and RAID discipline, and improved dependency control and delivery reporting. I also manage vendor obligations, cross-functional planning and stakeholder alignment in complex environments.

My work focuses on creating structure quickly, improving delivery confidence, and supporting transition into stable BAU or central governance models.

I led IT integration activity following acquisition, working across SAP, business systems, information security, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders.

I coordinated delivery plans, risks, milestones and operational dependencies across technology and business teams. I also supported security alignment and maintained executive visibility throughout the integration.

My role included building governance and reporting structures to support leadership decision-making during a complex post-acquisition transition.

I led PMO and governance for a major cloud transformation programme migrating from on-premise data centres to AWS.

I established reporting cadence, RAID management, delivery controls and executive visibility for an €11M transformation. I coordinated migration planning across applications, infrastructure, operations, vendors and distributed teams.

I also supported the move from fragmented delivery practices to clearer Agile / hybrid governance and stronger delivery discipline.

I led technology-enabled business transformation across HR, Finance, data migration and programme governance in a complex enterprise environment.

I supported delivery involving Workday HR, SAP S/4HANA, data migration readiness, business validation and cutover preparation. I introduced governance structures, KPI reporting, RAID control and executive reporting to improve transparency.

I worked closely with business owners, technology teams, vendors, offshore teams and senior leadership, and escalated GDPR and information-risk issues where needed.

I led a complex technology transformation supporting virtual engineering, high-performance computing and enterprise infrastructure capability.

I delivered a multi-year transformation programme on time and within budget, coordinating across engineering, infrastructure, vendors, operations and senior stakeholders. I also managed dependencies across infrastructure, applications, business adoption and operational readiness.

My responsibilities included governance, planning, RAID control and executive reporting across a technically complex delivery landscape.

I delivered telecoms, infrastructure, customer-facing and enterprise transformation programmes.
