I own the Integration Platform for an AI-native go-to-market SaaS platform, defining product vision, roadmap, quarterly plans, requirements, API contracts, authentication models, webhooks, field mappings, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I prioritize a backlog supporting more than 35 production integrations across 200+ customer organizations and lead delivery with a seven-member cross-functional Scrum team.

I led product definition for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce Agent integrations, contributed to AI Signals and Hyper-Personalized Messaging, and delivered integrations across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Outreach, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, analytics, and campaign-management platforms. I redesigned the integration framework into reusable architecture, reducing development effort for new integrations from 3–4 weeks to approximately one week and establishing a foundation to scale beyond 100 integrations.

I functioned as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for a leading European banking client. I defined GDPR product capabilities and translated regulatory requirements into data retention and data deletion user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

I partnered with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and data privacy teams to drive backlog refinement, implementation planning, and execution. I delivered GDPR capabilities across approximately 50 internal banking applications in support of the client’s regulatory compliance program.

I progressed through product and business analysis roles to own enterprise workforce-management products, mobile applications, and an integration platform. I led Scrum delivery through discovery, backlog management, prioritization, product roadmap planning, and customer rollout.

I led Any Connector from concept through API specification, implementation, and customer release, establishing the organization’s enterprise integration platform. I also owned Zip Inventory, Zip Clocks, and Zip Schedules product enhancements across web, Android, and iOS, delivered more than 10 integrations with POS, payroll, hiring, and ERP systems, and introduced structured logging to improve production troubleshooting.
