Delivered PETC-708, integrating a GenAI chatbot into Spring PetClinic microservices using Spring AI and Azure OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, deployed to AKS with Helm and Azure Pipelines.

Resolved critical engineering issues involving Docker Hub access restrictions, Spring AI reactive-threading failures, exposed API keys in Git history, and embedding-model dimension mismatches. Created multi-stage Docker images that reduced an application image from 2.12 GB to 94 MB, deployed a Docker Compose stack with Nginx and MySQL, and authored a four-stage Azure DevOps pipeline with approvals and health-check validation.

Deployed AKS workloads with HPA, liveness and readiness probes, and LoadBalancer services. Configured Prometheus and Grafana monitoring for Kubernetes environments.

Manage enterprise physical infrastructure for an Oil & Gas operation, including servers, storage, Cisco and HP network devices, rack-and-stack activities, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management. Maintain network availability across sites through LAN/WAN design, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, routing, QoS, and WAN link administration.

Design, implement, and test backup and disaster-recovery processes using Veeam and Bacula, including VM-level disaster-recovery tests with documented RTO and RPO targets. Manage identity and access controls through Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy Objects, and role-based access control, and deploy Symantec EDR across endpoints.

Automate routine operations with PowerShell and Bash, including server provisioning, log cleanup, scheduled health checks, and user-account management. Maintain operational documentation including rack layouts, network topology maps, runbooks, and hardware/software inventories.
