Product Manager | Product Owner | Software Delivery Lead

I coordinate software delivery, support, deployment, and qualification activities across a portfolio of more than 40 automotive projects using RH850, TRAVEO II, and AURIX microcontroller platforms. I track milestones, KPIs, qualification status, platform dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and escalations while aligning delivery priorities with platform roadmaps and team capacity.

As Product Owner for the Ramses 2.0 and Athos telematics programs, I own and prioritize the backlog for a cross-functional team of about 15 people. I define user stories and acceptance criteria, lead refinement, sprint planning, PI Planning, and reviews, coordinate dependencies across development and validation teams, and validate deliveries before integration.

I owned and managed the product backlog, including user stories, enablers, and bugs, for an ADAS Radar Long Range project. I translated stakeholder and customer requirements into actionable backlog items and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear priorities for the development team.

I facilitated Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and retrospectives, coordinated dependencies with other Product Owners, and communicated delivery progress to internal and customer stakeholders. I also supported customer-facing priority setting and planning, participated in ASPICE CL1 and CL2 audits, and contributed to AUTOSAR architecture specification, component decomposition, embedded C development, code review, and issue analysis.

I acted as Scrum Master for the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Power Management team, supporting HV DCDC Base and Battery Heating projects. I ensured adherence to Scrum practices and helped establish a shared understanding of team goals, scope, and product domain.

I supported the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and refinement, while coaching the development team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and value-focused delivery. I also defined and maintained static and dynamic software architecture, reviewed stakeholder requirements, and performed component decomposition.

I led a team developing and validating AUTOSAR software components for powertrain, hybrid, and electric vehicle systems. I planned team activities with at least six months of visibility, coordinated project delivery, clarified requirements, reviewed functionality, and performed final validation and verification checks before delivery.

I maintained direct communication with clients regarding priorities and progress, prepared software component quotations and estimations, and managed client-facing quotation processes. I also mitigated delivery risks, supported recruitment and onboarding, introduced Agile and Scrum practices, and maintained project documentation in accordance with ISO 9001.
