Technical Program Manager - Healthcare & Interoperability

I manage interoperability product execution across more than 15 healthcare customer, partner, and integration initiatives. I convert clinical priorities and business requirements into product capabilities based on FHIR, HL7 v2.x, and API workflows, helping reduce integration errors and accelerate delivery.

I govern Agile delivery through epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, technical documentation, and performance reporting. I coordinate product, engineering, QA, implementation, support, and customer success teams while facilitating discovery sessions with customers and partners.

I also research and pilot FHIR standards, resource definitions, and Mirth Connect upgrades to establish scalable integration architectures and interoperability governance.

I led end-to-end delivery of healthcare products and modernization programs, including WorldVistA/CPRS EMR, BBMS, and EDIS implementations. I directed a cross-functional organization of approximately 20 members spanning development, QA, business analysis, and project coordination, while overseeing architecture, infrastructure, releases, and production operations.

I architected more than 40 integrations among EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and BBMS systems using HL7 v2.x, Mirth Connect, TCP/IP, and REST APIs. I led requirements workshops, MVP demonstrations, stakeholder governance, UAT, go-live cutovers, rollback planning, and clinical workflow digitization across hospital environments.

I managed SQL-to-GT.M and GT.M-to-SQL migrations, ETL workflows, reconciliation, high-availability environments, monitoring, replication, disaster recovery drills, and L1-L4 support. I improved legacy MUMPS and Mirth Connect performance, modernized EDIS with Python and Django, and scaled BBMS solutions across more than 15 hospitals.

I administered database and technical operations for geographically distributed enrollment centers and mission-critical projects. I provided backend support, database performance optimization, software upgrade coordination, troubleshooting, deployment support, capacity planning, and technical documentation.

I served as a technical SPOC for internal engineering teams, field teams, executive stakeholders, and government stakeholders. I supported large-scale identity enrollment operations, maintained high operational uptime, and helped ensure regulatory compliance through production analysis and rapid incident resolution.
