Telecommunications Project Manager

I am a Telecommunications Project Manager with more than 10 years of progressive experience in outside plant (OSP) fiber, wireless, IBS, network maintenance, deployment, and project management.

I currently lead 14 telecom field teams and 9 platform personnel across NCR and SGMA. My work focuses on large-scale operations leadership, field execution, workforce coordination, and maintaining operational performance.

I have experience in resource and manpower planning, cost control, logistics, subcontractor coordination, KPI management, operational reporting, and resource optimization. I use root cause analysis, risk and issue management, and performance management to address operational challenges.

My technical exposure includes fiber optic cable splicing, wireless hardware installation, telecom testing equipment, and site deployment activities. I am familiar with tools such as OTDR, Site Master, spectrum analyzers, E1 BER testers, JDSU and Anritsu Gigabit equipment, fusion machines, and ground penetrating radar.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and have completed training in project management, fiber optics, wireless hardware installation, electrical work safety, construction occupational safety and health, robotics, Android, and open-source software.

I am adaptable, willing to learn, and committed to applying critical and creative thinking to complex professional problems.
