I defined the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for a customer-led installation experience, secured funding, and partnered with UX, Engineering, and Product to launch the experience at general availability. I also led delivery of an on-device computer vision feature adopted by all customers, improving accuracy from 70% to 95% and reducing processing time by 20x.

I built an AI onboarding agent on Amazon Q to help new hires navigate product documentation, acronyms, and historical decisions. I also used Claude Code to create a geocoder benchmarking tool, drove AI adoption across a 27-person PM organization, and implemented Jira MCP automation that saved an estimated 20 hours per week.

I managed product roadmap strategy for AWS Enterprise Support, a $4B+ annual-revenue service supporting more than 7,000 enterprise customers. I defined the long-term growth roadmap, increased the customer base by 2%, and contributed $400M in revenue growth.

I partnered with GenAI customers to launch a purpose-built offering that grew from $0 to $50M in recurring revenue. I also developed a dynamic promotion engine using Amazon Q and AI-assisted SQL, streamlined approvals by 80%, processed $80M in deals, managed a legacy-customer migration strategy, and closed a $31M billing vulnerability that increased annual revenue by $12M.

I built Python-based machine learning models using more than 5 million customer data rows to identify high-propensity segments. The analysis supported a VP-approved strategic shift for Cisco's $1B UCS business toward on-premises customers.

I authored PRDs and led strategy for AI/ML infrastructure solutions targeting GPU-accelerated workloads, securing executive approval and initial budget. I also owned the roadmap for internal sales reporting and analytics tools, replacing fragmented reporting with self-service, real-time views of sales performance and customer usage.

I migrated more than 30 years of portfolio data into a SQL database and engineered automated database reports. This improved report-production speed by 75% while maintaining 100% accuracy.

I directed development of new processes and tools across the organization. The resulting workflow improvements reduced quarterly reporting time by 10 hours across each of five departments, improving efficiency by approximately 30%.

I evaluated employee pain points and streamlined 15 quarterly, monthly, and daily reports using Python and R. These improvements eliminated manual errors and saved approximately 40 FTE hours per quarter.

I led the design and launch of a digital quantitative-research system that reduced the research timeline from three weeks to 30 minutes. The new process enabled upper management and clients to receive reports three times more frequently.

I supported reporting and quantitative research operations at an investment manager with approximately $2B in assets under management. I contributed to identifying opportunities to improve recurring reporting processes.
