When I first started as an implementation engineer, I was assigned a large client with offices and employees across the entire country. I integrated multiple products from scratch and have maintained them since – updating each product 5+ times, resolving 300+ support requests, submitting 100+ feature improvement requests, and closing 50+ functionality defects.

Currently contributing to a project consolidating INFOWATCH products across 10+ subsidiaries and the parent corporation into a single centralized infrastructure – enabling unified information security incident investigation for nearly 100,000 employees.

At the end of 2024, completed a large-scale project migrating an organization of 50,000+ employees from Windows to Linux.
- Independently developed a graphical support tool for 2,000+ second-line engineers, covering 20+ scenarios, with full accompanying documentation.
- Co-developed a QEMU-KVM virtualization solution deployed to 20,000+ employee workstations nationwide; ongoing consultant to support engineers on the solution and on Astra Linux OS more broadly.
- Built installation images and bootable flash drives for network and standalone Linux deployments, including configurations tailored for remote-work laptops.

Participated in a major project for a client with a market capitalization exceeding 25 billion dollars.
- Developed a network protocol shutdown solution deployed to 40,000+ workstations.
- Authored installation and configuration guides for server and client software, tailored to organization-specific requirements.
- Built and packaged a custom GUI utility as a .deb package; provided ongoing support and updates.
- Deployed and managed a 150+ unit test rig.
