I manage end-to-end delivery and quality assurance for OPS, an agroindustrial management platform covering HR, machinery, crops, and chemicals, and Irrigate, a farm irrigation and fertigation automation product used in Australia.

I execute smoke, functional, and regression testing to validate deliverables against business quality standards. I develop Playwright automation scripts to reduce manual testing effort and improve team efficiency, and maintain automated test pipelines in Azure DevOps for stable continuous execution across environments.

I elicit and document requirements, translating user needs into functional and technical specifications. I coordinate product lifecycle activities with cross-functional development teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and balance user needs with technical constraints while maintaining delivery quality.

I directed and managed 15 complex software solution projects, leading cross-functional teams of more than 60 developers to maintain continuous delivery of measurable product value.

I acted as the primary liaison between clients, third-party vendors, and technical teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment and incorporating feedback into feature refinements. I created and maintained product roadmaps, product definitions, and release schedules.
