Deliver Ukrainian localization for games and mobile apps; perform UI/UX MTPE and LQA; participate in terminology decisions.
Coordinate localization for game dubbing.

Managed end-to-end localization workflows for international clients including Royal Canin, SkyUp, Applyft, Vector, Twigames Inc and GGbet: up to 10 projects simultaneously at different stages, from 5-word app strings and 2,500-word articles to a 180,000-word game, across 40+ languages.
Contributed to the team’s transition from SmartCAT to Crowdin Enterprise: migrated TMs and glossaries, supported a teammate's onboarding to the tool; initiated the move of 50+ linguists communication from email to Crowdin Enterprise.
Sourced, tested, and onboarded 2 qualified linguists, creating skills-based localization test with Claude.
Took over a stalled game localization project and delivered the first chapter on time despite deadline risk; created a Style Guide and World Guide for faster translator onboarding; became the client’s main point of contact for the next chapter.
Initiated sync meeting with key client (12 apps across multiple platforms); streamlined the localization workflow, handling JSON and XLIFF file transfer, simplifying translator coordination and increasing delivery speed by x2 (from 2 projects in week to 4).
Contributed to the company’s transition to Jira by creating a standardized project handoff template from Sales to PM; acted as an advisor to the Product Owner on feature prioritization and display logic.
Eliminated recurring handover errors by launching regular Sales–PM syncs.
Performed LQA, including AI-assisted LQA (Claude, ChatGPT) during periods of limited LQA-team capacity.

Supported the company’s expansion into the European markets (Greece, Serbia, Slovenia); assisting new offices with first clients and local team onboarding.
Created reusable Quarterly Business Review (QBR) slide templates; translated and adapted commercial proposals, training materials, and business presentations for international audiences.
Served as the main point of contact for the Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan), assisting with Google certification preparation.

Coordinated daily communication with US stakeholders; managed day-to-day operations of UA team (2–5-person), including workload tracking, quality monitoring, and progress reporting;
Supported team expansion by onboarding new team members and developing reusable training materials.
Cut campaign creation time by 2x (from ~60 to 30 minutes per campaign) and reduced recurring errors by 99% through creating step-by-step guides and internal documentation.

Wrote and adapted 500+ contextual advertising copy in Google Ads; created and tested chatbot content supported 3 languages; ENG - UK - RU
