AI Product Manager / LLM Application Expert

I lead AI product research, strategy, design, and delivery for enterprise applications. I conduct market and user research, define product positioning and value propositions, build product roadmaps, and own prototyping, feature planning, and UX optimization.

I evaluate and select LLM technology stacks including RAG, LangChain, and related frameworks. I work with R&D teams to address model performance and optimization challenges through prompt engineering and context engineering.

I lead cross-functional delivery through technical training, agile progress tracking, resource coordination, and issue resolution. I also support commercialization through pricing, go-to-market planning, solution documentation, demos, client presentations, and product-metric-driven iteration.

I assessed enterprise data usage, business pain points, and governance gaps including data silos, inconsistent standards, and unstable data quality. I translated business processes into data requirements and governance objectives supporting enterprise data assetization.

I designed enterprise data-governance frameworks covering data standards, quality, metadata, master data, and data-security policies. I created phased implementation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.

I designed conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models for data warehouses and data middle platforms. I established unified data definitions and metric systems, produced governance and modeling documentation, and coordinated stakeholders to drive implementation and ongoing data-value operations.

I progressed from software engineer to department head, developing the Tai'an petroleum system and Nongxinyin rural credit banking product series. I led requirements analysis, core-module development, team management, and graduate-hire mentoring.

As an architect, I built a PLAY framework, REST-style interaction patterns, and a workflow engine that became long-term technical assets. As product manager, I led feature expansion, upgrades, UX refinement, and marketing for the Nongxinyin product series.

As department head reporting to the CEO, I managed three online production systems and an IT operations product line. I held responsibility for staffing and technology and partnered with sales on market expansion.
