Led a Unified Functional Testing automation team and developed automated regression test scenarios using VBScript and UFT. Created test approaches, test plans, estimates, and test-cycle completion reports.

Executed automated and manual test cases to validate software quality. Managed defect tracking through HP ALM Quality Center, IBM Rational ClearQuest, and Microsoft Test Manager.

Performed requirement and impact analyses before production cycles to assess changes and mitigate delivery risks. Created functional documentation and documented existing processes to improve transparency, consistency, and operational efficiency.
