I conduct structured comparative evaluations of AI-generated video, image, game, and audio outputs for Gemini models. My work includes assessing prompt intent, instruction adherence, quality, accuracy, behavioural alignment, and consistency within a proprietary Google testing environment.

I provide consistent scoring and structured quality feedback that contributes to model refinement and performance optimisation. This role draws on my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to evaluate complex technical outputs against defined standards.

I undertook a planned career sabbatical following intensive enterprise project-delivery roles. During this period, I completed Asana Foundations, QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Core, and Personio HRIS learning, while maintaining SQL and systems-delivery proficiency.

I also developed independent WordPress and WooCommerce ecommerce platforms, managing hosting, payment integration, digital marketing, analytics, and operational workflows. I tested dropshipping and print-on-demand models while continuing structured learning in project management and software testing.

I led ERP and POS implementation, customisation, SQL development, systems integration, and project delivery across a 580+ store fashion retail portfolio using Retail Directions ERP and POS. I was part of the Edgars acquisition and integration programme, including the migration of 135 stores, ecommerce operations, and head-office and store users within a 1.5-month business-rescue timeline.

I designed EDI purchase-order and invoice-receipting solutions using SQL, SSIS, and SSRS; led the migration of a 1,000+ EFT payment-device estate; and supported customer account, loyalty, club billing, and Magento ecommerce integrations. I also provided post-implementation stabilisation, system optimisation, configuration, and stakeholder support across finance, retail, and ecommerce functions.

I designed and implemented smart prepaid metering software solutions for electricity utilities and private power providers across Africa. The systems supported high-volume prepaid electricity transactions, revenue management, credit control, and STS vending environments.

I managed client solution design and end-to-end implementation activities while providing application and customer support for deployed metering solutions. My work required a blend of technical delivery, customer engagement, and operational support.

I implemented and supported the OpSuite operational permit-to-work and risk-management software suite for mining, energy, and utilities clients including BHP, South32, Rio Tinto, and Eskom. I managed implementation lifecycles covering scoping, requirements, solution design, custom development, QA, UAT, configuration, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

As Lead Technical Consultant on the BHP Jansen, Hatch, and Bantrel joint-venture project, I implemented OpSuite and a custom risk-assessment suite. I also developed more than 15 custom SSRS reports for BHP's compliance logging system, managed SQL data and integrations, and provided support across Windows, IIS, ASP.NET, iOS, and Android environments.

I was a core member of the Retail Directions ERP and POS implementation team across more than 450 stores, supporting merchandising, supply chain, finance, warehouse, and store operations from go-live through stabilisation. I resolved high-impact defects, performance issues, and data discrepancies while delivering training and operational guidance to business teams.

I owned ERP configuration, upgrades, customisation, finance and merchandising support, and second- and third-line troubleshooting. I developed SQL scripts, stored procedures, SSRS reports, Excel reports, and Power Query solutions, supported a 1,000+ register POS estate, managed integrations, and improved AIS-to-ERP reconciliation processes.

I provided IT consulting, SME technology solutions, and POS implementation services to multiple clients, including national KFC franchises. I delivered localised POS vendor solutions through solution design, implementation, user training, and ongoing support.

I developed a fork of the open-source Unicenta POS platform for resale in the South African market. I also designed and implemented SME IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions while managing business operations, strategy, client relationships, and technical sales.
