Project Manager

I manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, coordinating teams of 3–5 specialists. I take ownership of projects from planning and requirements clarification through development, testing, and delivery.

I plan sprints, prioritize tasks, assign resources, monitor deadlines, and track project progress. I coordinate communication between clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA specialists, and other team members, conducting regular meetings and resolving delivery issues.

I managed a portfolio of more than 20 concurrent IT projects, primarily small and medium-sized initiatives with multiple parallel workstreams. I coordinated a team of over 20 specialists, distributed workloads, and aligned resources with project priorities.

I managed projects across the full SDLC, including requirements, planning, development, QA, release, and ongoing support. I planned and prioritized tasks, coordinated sprints, monitored deadlines, tracked progress, and served as a key communication point between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
