I am a Learning and Development leader with more than 10 years of experience in leadership development, talent growth, onboarding, technical training, compliance training, and capability building.
I design and facilitate scalable learning programs that help employees, supervisors, and managers build the skills needed to perform effectively. My experience includes instructor-led, virtual, technical, operational readiness, and leadership development training.
In my current Senior Trainer role at Dexcom Philippines, I lead onboarding, technical, and compliance learning for technical support teams. I also provide learning support for enterprise transformation initiatives and work closely with Operations and Quality partners.
I have supported major change initiatives, including Salesforce rollout and IFCC migration programs, helping teams adopt new processes and tools smoothly. I also pilot process improvements to improve consistency in training delivery and learner experience across sites.
