Senior Systems Analyst and Tech Lead

I serve as Tech Lead for a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 developers, guiding code quality, technical architecture, and engineering best practices across Java and Angular applications.

I lead the modernization of Visual Basic 6 applications and Oracle PL/SQL components into scalable architectures. I migrated more than 100 services from Oracle WebLogic to Kubernetes and implemented GitOps pipelines with GitLab CI, Argo CD, and SonarQube.

I manage enterprise API publication and security through 3scale, including OAuth2 standards and API lifecycle governance. I also configured Keycloak for SSO/OIDC, provisioned Vault through Terraform, and created ADRs and technical documentation in Confluence.

I led a team of more than 15 developers delivering enterprise solutions based on Java, Angular, and Oracle technologies.

I implemented Spring Boot in 10 critical projects involving digital certificate authentication, payment processing, and high-throughput data workloads. I also maintained and optimized 20 mission-critical Java 8 and Maven batch applications that processed statewide tax invoices and financial transactions.

I maintained and tuned core Java applications and complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, with a focus on performance and operational reliability.

I upgraded legacy Java 6 projects to Java 8 using Maven dependency management. I also monitored and supported the migration of more than 119 services from Subversion repositories to GitLab CI.

I developed talk-me, a cross-platform corporate mobile application using React Native.

I integrated native SIP protocols to support internal and external conference calling for corporate clients. I also designed UI/UX wireframes and prototypes using Figma.

I provided Tier-2 technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for internal Java and Angular applications and Oracle database environments.

I maintained public and internal portals using Joomla, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

I implemented updates to internal SEFA websites using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

I also provided support to internal staff and helped address their day-to-day technology needs.

I designed digital visual identities and UI layouts for entrepreneurship initiatives and national events.

I used Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create interface designs and visual materials.
