IT Operations Manager

Experienced IT Operations and Network Infrastructure leader with a strong background in enterprise networking, infrastructure operations, incident management, cybersecurity remediation, and large-scale technology projects. I have experience leading technical teams, managing critical production environments, coordinating complex network changes, and working across engineering, operations, vendors, and business leadership.

My leadership experience also includes overseas service with the U.S. military in combat environments. That experience strengthened my ability to lead under pressure, make sound decisions with limited information, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and maintain focus on the mission while supporting the people around me.

My technical background includes Cisco networking, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, network monitoring, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, change management, and 24/7 operational support. I focus on building reliable processes, solving complex technical problems, developing strong teams, and translating technical issues into clear business impact and actionable plans.
