Built and launched a 24/7 dispatch operation previously run directly by the founders. Owned staffing, coverage, escalations, training, and daily execution for a live fleet of more than 15 vehicles and high-volume customer communication.

Recruited, onboarded, and trained 10 remote dispatchers from scratch. Established QA standards, SOPs, checklists, escalation flows, and training materials that enabled the operation to run independently and were later used to onboard dozens of staff.

Won an eBay corporate account and six affiliate partnerships, including Blacklane, Sixt, LuxyRide, and LimoLane, contributing to new business growth.

Launched and scaled two B2B subsidiaries with the founder, operating across staffing, process design, vendor management, client delivery, quality assurance, and growth.

Co-founded and scaled ADispatcher.com, establishing an offshore dispatch floor in Egypt with 18 trained dispatchers, including 10 actively deployed. The operation generated revenue that at times surpassed the parent business.

Co-launched a profitable B2B subsidiary providing IT services, SaaS configuration, and SEO for chauffeur operators. Built delivery processes and managed client relationships end to end.

Own IT and digital operations across SaaS builds, quality assurance, project management, implementation planning, process design, and go-to-market execution.

Built and trained the IT team, establishing staffing, onboarding, documentation, and operating standards. Authored a 152-test-case UAT runbook for a four-role portal and a seven-phase execution plan to create a repeatable quality and release process.
