I direct a mortgage sales team and advise purchase and refinance borrowers nationwide in partnership with Realtor teams. I coach loan officers using call-control guides, scorecards, document-collection playbooks, and buydown training.

I manage FHA, VA, conventional, and non-QM files through underwriting and closing. My work includes AUS and DTI troubleshooting, bank-statement income analysis, appraisal reconsiderations, and mortgage guideline support.

I run lead campaigns through BONZO and Salesforce, write compliance-aware SMS and email outreach for cash-out refinance and VA IRRRL campaigns, and oversee team follow-up and appointment booking.

I led membership sales operations for high-traffic LA Fitness clubs across Metro Detroit, including Clinton Township, Warren, Birmingham, and Roseville. I led the region in membership sales within 40 days at the Clinton Township location and was promoted to General Manager.

I helped transform failing clubs into district-leading sales locations. I hired, trained, and managed sales staff while overseeing daily operations, local marketing, and community partnerships.

I operate a personal training practice focused on wellness and fitness coaching. I also competed in Men's Physique and placed second at the 2023 NPC Western Michigan Championships.
