Technical Project Manager

Serve as the primary client-side point of contact for blockchain and digital-asset partner integrations, coordinating work from kickoff through technical integration, launch readiness, and external communications. Coordinate more than 20 integrations across the US, Europe, and Ukraine, including work with blockchain issuers, wallets, on/off-ramps, custodians, and other ecosystem partners.

Orchestrate delivery across engineering, product, legal, and marketing teams. Track RWA tokenization portfolio and integration metrics against OKRs, manage risks and dependencies, improve reporting transparency, and refine partner onboarding and integration-tracking processes using Airtable, Omni, and Excel.

Managed three Scrum teams totaling 23 developers and QA specialists in a fast-moving FinTech startup environment serving US-based financial-services clients. Managed stakeholder communication, delivery scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and changing business priorities.

Supported product managers with incident triage and scope management, coordinated staffing to improve development capacity, and implemented mitigation actions for delivery risks. Also managed cross-time-zone engineering coordination, vendor collaboration, budget tracking, and process improvements.

Coordinated a cross-functional team of eight backend and frontend developers and QA professionals delivering a real-estate technology product for a US-based client. Supported delivery planning, team collaboration, and timely execution across multiple time zones.

Acted as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining close communication with client stakeholders. Managed project resources and HR-related activities while supporting culturally aware collaboration across distributed teams.

Contributed to a chatbot project within a multicultural delivery team and participated in the project-management stream. Supported project coordination activities throughout the engagement.

Assisted with the implementation of Scrum practices and gained practical experience in Agile collaboration, team coordination, and project-management processes.

Lead public relations and communication activities for the Toastmasters club, supporting external visibility, member engagement, and clear communication of club activities.
