About

Professional summary

I’m a marketing and project manager who likes turning big plans into finished work. My career has moved across law, international development, media, and enterprise tech, and the common thread is that I’m usually the person keeping the moving parts organized, the stakeholders aligned, and the deadlines met.

Today I’m at ChainSys Corporation, an enterprise data management and ERP company, where my role covers marketing, project management, and executive support. On the marketing side, I run event marketing for major industry shows like Oracle AI World, Gartner, and SAP Sapphire, from Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns and email outreach to trade show execution. I’ve planned and run 10+ webinars end to end, handling content, speakers, logistics, and follow-up. I also write much of our content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, and solution decks, which has taught me how to explain complex technical products in plain, useful language. I design a lot of my own collateral in Canva and Photoshop and track campaign performance in Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.

On the project management side, I build project plans covering schedules, resources, dependencies, and change management, coordinate product implementation work by gathering requirements and functional inputs, and draft and coordinate RFP responses across teams. I manage six-figure budgets, write SOPs for internal processes, and train new hires on our tools. I’m also Executive Assistant to our CEO and CPO, which means I manage their calendars and priority communications and follow action items across teams until they’re closed. That role has made me comfortable working closely with senior leaders and keeping a lot of priorities moving at once.

Before ChainSys, I worked as a project manager at F5, where I partnered with the CTO’s team on innovation events, helped integrate third-party applications with NetSuite, managed project financials, maintained RAID logs, and reported status to executive leadership. At Netflix, through Vaco, I supported globalization and localization projects, coordinating between project managers and translation vendors on subtitle and dubbing orders, tracking asset timelines, and triaging vendor and linguist issues across global teams and time zones.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated virtual events and podcasts at NextGenChef, where I also negotiated sponsorship deals, worked with digital partners on campaign distribution, handled backend updates for the company’s app, and built financial reports in NetSuite. At the Maybach Foundation, I was the single point of contact for fundraising events and organized the foundation’s first Holiday Reception, managing the budget, guest list, hospitality, and procurement. I started out with the United Nations Development Programme in Mumbai, coordinating IKEA Foundation-funded employment and entrepreneurship projects with corporate, academic, and government partners.

My education reflects that same range. I hold a law degree with a focus on intellectual property and media law, master’s degrees in International Business and Disruptive Innovation from Hult International Business School, and an M.S. in Project Management from Harrisburg University. The legal training shows up every day in how carefully I read, write, and handle confidential information. The business and innovation programs shaped how I think about markets and new ideas, and the project management degree gave me a formal toolkit for what I’d already been doing in practice, including Agile, Scrum, and change management.

What I bring to a team is a mix of creative and operational strengths. I can write the campaign and build the deck, and I can also build the schedule, manage the budget, and chase down the last approval. I’m comfortable in fast-moving environments, I like solving problems before they slow people down, and I care about leaving processes better and easier for whoever comes next.

I’m based in California and open to remote marketing, events, and project management roles where I can bring that combination of structure and creativity.
