Senior Product Manager

I own Parts and Warranty within Service Hub, a web-based automotive aftersales SaaS platform. I lead 0-to-1 product development, OEM integrations, pricing development, customer discovery, roadmapping, go-to-market planning, and delivery across teams in the UK, Poland, Canada, and India.

I translate customer needs, API specifications, and data models into requirements, acceptance criteria, technical designs, and end-to-end UAT scenarios. I also design MCP-ready APIs and AI-agent workflows, and shipped an LLM feature that drafts warranty claim fields from technician notes and video transcripts.

I helped roll out Service Hub across the UK, Middle East, Nordics, and Italy, reaching more than 1,000 weekly active users. Key outcomes include enabling workshop quotes in under 30 minutes with a 10% average upsell, delivering a certified OEM warranty integration, and establishing reusable AI workflows across product and engineering.

I owned watchlists, screening capabilities, and options-trading experiences across Saxo's trading platforms, including SaxoTraderPRO, SaxoTraderGO, and SaxoInvestor. I worked with UX, frontend, API, and distributed product teams across Denmark, the UK, India, and Poland.

I led customer discovery with traders and investors, improved workflows from instrument discovery through order execution and position management, and delivered mobile option-chain functionality, trading enhancements, market-data improvements, and onboarding features in a regulated environment.

My work reduced trade rejections by half and increased trades placed by 12% month-on-month after three months. The SaxoInvestor mobile app launch averaged more than 6,000 daily trading clients in its first weeks, while mobile option chains reached 5,000 users in the first month.

I helped establish a remote-first working culture and enabled teams to take greater ownership of how they organised and delivered work. I supported teams across Poland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and India using Scrum and Kanban.

I improved release processes, test automation, and cross-team collaboration. During this period, Saxo's development organisation in Poland grew from 10 to 40 developers and expanded from one to six cross-functional teams while retaining a self-organising structure.

I supported Fraud Prevention teams delivering internal banking software, helping improve delivery practices through Scrum and Kanban. I also contributed to the bank-wide SAFe rollout.

I worked with teams to strengthen agile ways of working, collaboration, and delivery predictability. I earned SAFe certifications while supporting the organisation's scaled agile transformation.

I led product teams delivering a SaaS platform for B2B insurance brokerage. I owned product vision, strategy, roadmap development, and market positioning.

I conducted customer discovery with insurance brokers to understand market needs, validate opportunities, and determine product priorities. I guided teams from strategic direction through product delivery.

I co-founded and ran a consumer insurance comparison startup. I was responsible for product strategy, product development, the business model, partnerships, and market launch.

I combined entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on product work, building the service around customer and partner needs in the insurance market.
