IT Manager and Full-Stack Developer

I lead IT and software development for a construction organization. I architected, built, and deployed nine internal React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, SQLite, and Tailwind applications for work orders, purchase orders, quotes, fleet tracking, inventory, project management, HR onboarding, and IT ticketing.

I implemented Microsoft Entra ID SSO, RBAC, JWT validation, and feature flags; built a nightly Sage 300 CRE data synchronization pipeline; and developed a real-time GPS dispatch board. I managed more than 1,000 Windows, Chromebook, and tablet endpoints supporting educational and administrative operations while maintaining 99.9% uptime.

I deployed MFA across user accounts, reducing unauthorized access incidents by 50%. I also built a disaster recovery plan with encrypted backups and off-site redundancy and performed vulnerability scanning and remediation.

I led the design and rollout of secure network infrastructure at Fort Riley, improving access times by 50% and reducing data errors by 80%.

I trained more than 200 soldiers in information security best practices, managed a $1.2 million IT procurement budget, and performed cybersecurity risk assessments that helped reduce incidents by 30%.
