Helping remote software teams map their real workflow, measure flow and remove manual status work with AI automation. Open-source tooling: claude-bpmn and a Slack-to-Asana sync agent.

Embedded with a Series B AI company; led a process-transparency engagement across support, engineering and implementation teams. Designed the executive engagement model for process mapping (phased scope, pre-session stakeholder alignment, owner sign-off gates). Ran owner-led mapping sessions with directors and team leads and turned each into a backlog of friction points, broken handoffs and improvement opportunities. Built AI tooling with Claude Code and MCP: a BPMN toolchain that drafts process maps from session transcripts, a Slack-to-Asana sync agent and a coordination-cost analyzer. Cut time spent on tool switching and daily meetings by 12% and replaced hand-written status reports with a live executive readout.

Governed a portfolio of 25+ active projects and led a team of project managers across stakeholder management, risk and reporting. Built a scorecard for business case maturity, reducing rework and rejection at approval and tying each case to OKRs. Designed the business case approval process (phased scope, pre-alignment, scorecard, sign-off gates), shortening the approval cycle. Gave directors real-time visibility with live dashboards on business cases and running projects.

Delivered remote software implementation projects for clients in the US, Europe and LATAM; primary contact for stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ran all Scrum events and introduced Kanban practices to improve flow and reduce cycle time. Designed Jira workflows, boards and automations that made the backlog visible and tracked cycle time and throughput. Produced weekly executive reports and Jira / Azure DevOps dashboards on epics, sprints and dependencies. Facilitated backlog refinement and feature prioritization against client needs and team capacity; removed blockers to keep delivery on time and on budget.

Managed the rollout of a core financial module for a cloud ERP: budget, schedule and delivery in a hybrid Agile + Waterfall setting. Built the company's first Lean metrics board (cycle time, lead time, throughput) in Azure DevOps and trained 4 cross-functional squads to use it: +25% delivery capacity. Created PMO standards: release roadmap, risk analysis model, lessons-learned template. Ran agile maturity assessments and Scrum/Kanban training; sent biweekly progress reports to directors.

Ran mobile and web fintech projects end to end: scope, schedule, resources, risks, milestones, weekly sponsor reports. Led cross-functional squads of business analysts, developers and QA; tracked sprints, dependencies and impediments in Monday.

Led the IT department's agile transition to build an in-house ERP, acting as Scrum Master and Project Manager. Owned the backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery roadmap; balanced demand against capacity with leadership. Tracked scope, schedule, budget, estimate accuracy and rework KPIs; introduced project governance, RACI and a communication plan. Mentored developers on code review and CI/CD.
