Deployed and maintained Kubernetes workloads on Amazon EKS using Helm charts for a microservices-based fintech application. Provisioned and managed AWS infrastructure using Terraform, while supporting deployments across multiple enterprise customer environments.

Enhanced CI/CD pipelines and managed scheduled containerized workloads on Amazon ECS Fargate. Implemented GitOps-oriented deployment practices and automated operational workflows including file cleanup, archiving, SFTP transfers, and environment backups through scripting.

Implemented monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch and Datadog, and migrated monitors and alert configurations from Datadog to Dash0. Supported more than 50 customer environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure, investigated production incidents with development and QA teams, and managed SSO and IAM-based access controls.

Contributed to AWS cost optimization through Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cloud cost analysis. Used AI-assisted tools to accelerate infrastructure troubleshooting and automation development.

Provided L2 technical support for business-critical, 24/7 production trading platforms while working on a rotating shift schedule in close collaboration with the DevOps team.

Investigated incidents, conducted root cause analysis, and performed customer-facing technical troubleshooting. Used Prometheus, Grafana, and CheckMK to monitor production systems and diagnose operational issues.

Collaborated with development, QA, and business analysis teams to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability.

Commissioned and configured Huawei network equipment and performed troubleshooting and incident resolution for telecommunications infrastructure.

Delivered an end-to-end GPON solution for the Orange Moldova FTTH project, including High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation, OSS integration, and Optical Line Terminal configuration.
