Operations and Customer Support Project Manager

I manage orders, reservations, and special requests end to end, prioritizing work according to schedules and customer needs. I provide personalized customer service, handle exchanges and last-minute requests, and follow up on deliveries.

I organize daily operations including merchandise receiving and control, inventory, supplier orders, delivery notes, and cash management. I also resolve operational incidents to ensure a smooth customer experience.

I managed projects from initial planning through delivery, including budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, logistics, production, and final deliverables. I maintained direct client communication, prepared proposals, and followed up on project requirements.

I coordinated teams, models, suppliers, locations, and transportation across Argentina, Italy, and Spain. I independently handled unforeseen issues as well as administrative documentation, budgets, invoicing, and payment collection.

I handled complex incidents and VIP customer cases, identifying needs and providing solutions in line with established procedures. I managed simultaneous customer inquiries using clear, empathetic, and resolution-oriented communication.

I recorded and updated customer information in CRM systems, coordinated with other teams, and managed conflict situations through to resolution.
