I design and build agentic AI workflows using OpenAI, n8n, Supabase, Slack, Airtable, and Google Sheets. My work includes multi-source event ingestion, AI triage and classification, conditional routing, error handling, stalled-task monitoring, and human approval gates.

I conduct discovery and requirements gathering, assess automation feasibility and risk, deliver proofs of concept, and test workflows before release. I also design governance controls such as role-based access, approval-first membership, signed expiring links, and multi-tenant data separation, while creating walkthroughs, runbooks, and step-by-step enablement materials for operators.
