About

Professional summary

I am a strategic partnerships executive with more than 15 years of experience building GSI, ISV, hyperscaler, and developer-platform ecosystems at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

I have created and scaled partner programs that generate measurable revenue, including ARM's MBED IoT ecosystem, which grew to more than 250,000 developers, 90 partners, and $25 million in partner-influenced revenue. I also led NetApp's channel-ready FlexPod program, contributing to $2 billion in partner-influenced revenue.

I specialize in AI ecosystem development, ISV and SI partnerships, co-sell frameworks, OEM negotiations, marketplace strategy, channel enablement, and partner program architecture. My experience spans SDK-level integrations through enterprise go-to-market execution.

At Veritas, I rebuilt strategic alliances, relaunched relationships with major technology partners, and established the Defense 360 cybersecurity partner program. I developed cloud marketplace pricing and consumption frameworks across AWS, Azure, and GCP while managing partner incentives and co-marketing investments.

I am comfortable operating as both an individual contributor and an executive leader. I have led teams and organizations of up to 200 people, built partner-management organizations, and served in governance and risk leadership roles as a credit union board chair.
