Led and participated in TABS BSS implementation and transformation projects for ZAIN Kuwait, ZAIN Bahrain, Pakistan Warid Telecom, MTC Touch Lebanon, ZAIN Iraq, Orascom Telecom Algeria, and Bangladesh Warid Telecom. Contributed as a key stakeholder to the TABS BSS Change Board Design Team and led BSS development and integration work.
