Technology Transformation, Observability and FinOps Lead

I define and execute enterprise-wide observability transformation strategies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. I lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, cost-efficient solutions that improve operational resilience.

I also lead Major Incident Management, RCA, SLA governance, and executive communications.

I supported enterprise monitoring transformation initiatives and automation projects to improve service performance and operational efficiency.

I administered monitoring platforms including HP Suite, Microsoft SCOM, and AppDynamics. I also automated alert tuning and alert reconciliation activities to improve response times.

I provided L2 operational support for the Vodafone Telecom Management (VTM) service.

I supported service improvement activities across telecom platforms and backend infrastructure, helping maintain operational stability and service quality.
