Senior Organizational Development Consultant

I founded and lead Officerelations, a Kigali-based organizational development and advisory consultancy. I design and deliver engagements focused on organizational culture, leadership practices, governance, institutional effectiveness, systems analysis, and change management.

I develop proprietary organizational diagnostic tools, conduct structured stakeholder and executive interviews, identify root causes and systemic gaps, and translate findings into prioritized, leadership-ready recommendations. My work includes culture assessments, internal communication initiatives, policy and systems reviews, executive reporting, and implementation support.

Through Officerelations, I also founded the GROTH Initiative, a structured mentorship and professional development programme. I facilitate capability-building activities and mentor young entrepreneurs on organizational setup, role clarity, foundational business structures, and operational design.

I built and managed partnerships with corporate and institutional stakeholders, including preparing and following through on proposals that secured funding from partners such as Chevron. I supported the coordination of multi-stakeholder service-delivery partnerships and commissioned specialized external providers to fulfill programme commitments.

I designed and delivered structured skills training that reached more than 500 programme beneficiaries. I combined training delivery with coordinated material and financial support to strengthen participant outcomes and programme impact.
